We're a company of substance. Financially we're well managed and stable and we have all the procedures and systems in place for delivering on our customers' expectations. But it's people who deliver, so let's have a look at a couple of our team.

With BSc and MRes degrees in computer science from Manchester University, ten years ago Ben arrived as a new graduate and is now one of the senior members of the team. He's worked on a great many of FSC's varied projects in that time. Like all, he's a generalist, but he does have a particular passion for visualization. An Apple Mac fanatic, Ben spends his time learning the German language and playing his guitar, when he's not sampling the delights of continental wheat beers. From what we've heard, he'd do better combining them.

And meet Stuart, who joined us almost four years ago having previously been employed as a senior software engineer by a couple of West Country companies, including Racal Radar Defence Systems (now Thales Defence). Stuart followed his maths degree with a Masters in operational research, both at Southampton. He is a problem-buster on all fronts and really relishes the diversity of challenges that FSC provides. Outside of work, he similarly likes to live life to the full and is competitive in everything from pub quizzes and crossword puzzles through to Judo and road-running. He’s even done parachuting and bungy-jumping!

Not only do we have a talented bunch of people, but they work together as a terrific team. The level of mutual respect is considerable and the desire to help each other and share ideas leads not only to efficient solutions for you, but a great working environment for us.
